What other people say about us
André de Goeij, Director of Product Management, Unitron:
Simon was extremely easy to work with — very communicative and personable, knowledgeable about Objective-C and the iPhone SDK, and timely in delivering what we asked of him.
Ernie Prabhakar, Product Manager, Apple:
I was impressed with his thoroughness and dedication, and would welcome the chance to work with him again.
Tom Auger, Partner, Zeitguys:
Simon is quite simply one of the smartest guys I’ve had the pleasure of working with. His ability to think strategically and problem solve complicated (and often conflicting) business requirements is what makes him a go-to person for those challenging projects for which you need to bring in the crack commando team.
Our engagement model
We believe that every client engagement should be a rich interaction where we consider all of the components that you need to solve your challenge.
First, we work with you, your staff, and representative users to develop a conceptual framework for what the solution should accomplish. This process includes brainstorming ideas where we can bring our comprehensive knowledge of mobile systems to play in providing an unexpectedly broad range of possible innovations.
Next, we develop and prototype the user experience. Not only do we look at user interface, but beyond:
- how will your users move around with the device?
- where will they use the app?
- how will it integrate with other systems, from software to interpersonal and organizational?
- how will it help them do better what they want to do?
Throughout this process we touch base least at weekly with you and your people to generate ideas and refine concepts so that we collaboratively create an ideal and innovative solution.
Next, as needed, we build the software for you either completely in-house or in collaboration with any internal developers. We use an agile development philosophy with use a constant build/review feedback loop to make sure that we keep on schedule and build exactly what you are looking for.
At last, we polish the app with custom graphic design and animation to take the app to the next level — functional and also beautiful. Our goal is to not just satisfy your uses, but to bring some magic to the table.
And then we support you on an ongoing basis, maintain the systems, transition knowledge into your organization, and work on follow-up projects as needed.
